The Brunel Factor

2006 marked the 200th anniversary of the birth of Isambard Kingdom Brunel, engineering genius, technical innovator and one of the greatest figures of the Industrial Revolution. In this one-off programme presented by Lisa Aziz and produced in partnership with the South West Regional Development Agency, students from local Universities go head-to-head in order to crown the ‘Brunel’ of the 21st century - the individual or team that best reflects the diversity of Brunel’s astounding engineering talent. The eminent judges for this unique comeptition are James Dyson, Gordon Masterton and Andrew Kelly.
